Our Ghee is totally hand and house-made. It is organic. Pure Ghee (খাঁটি গাওয়া ঘি ) is full of essential nutrients, fatty acids, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidants, and antiviral properties. This desi Ghee has an extraordinary smell and nutrition. Ghee is a dairy product and as such it is gluten-free.
It has a very high smoke point (~485 degrees F). We purchase it from a farmer’s house. There is no additional flavor or color with it. We produce it locally and small scale.
