Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are tiny black seeds from the plant Salvia Hispanica, which is related to the mint. This plant grows natively in South America. It was an important food for the Aztecs and Mayans back in the day. It is one of the healthiest foods on the planet.

Uses

Chia seeds can absorb a lot of liquid, so drink plenty of water when consuming them to prevent dehydration.
